Due to illness I have rescheduled tonights outdoor yoga class to the 27th July instead.
Enjoy yoga in the open air, exploring the body and opening the mind. Breathe deep and let your body guide you. The session is open to all levels of experience, whether you have never done yoga before or are an experienced practitioner. Practice a creative flow (vinyasa) and open hearted practice in the beautiful fields at Bells Farm. Practice in a secluded spot by a crop field while surrounded by Oak trees and birds. Enjoy being guided on a journey releasing tension and stress within the body physical and emotionally. Listening to the sounds of nature, connecting to the earth, feeling the breeze and sharing the space with like minded people.
Every other Thursday
6.00-7.15pm £10 per person
This is an adult only session (Family yoga sessions are available to book separately).
Suitable for ages 16+
Open to ALL abilities, layers and gentle modifications are always given.
Your yoga mat. Appropriate clothing (for all weather!) Bottle of water. Blanket and pillow.
+ The outdoor sessions are weather dependant, with careful monitoring of the weather before/on the day you will be notified if the session is cancelled! Your booking can be transferred to the next session or refunded.
