When the weather is brighter, drier and sunnier my outdoor classes will begin! Im looking forward to sharing yoga classes within the surroundings of nature, we can watch the clouds, listen to the birds and really find and create a deep sense of calm.
Saturday 30th April
On Saturday the 30th April ill be sharing 2 yoga sessions within the fields of Worcestershire. You can enjoy an afternoon practice and an evening practice! Ill be sharing these sessions at BELLS FARM which is local to Stourport, Kidderminster and can even be accessed from the Worcester island!

Come and enjoy a 1 hour 30 minute yoga practice within the fields of Worcestershire, a lovely yoga spot tucked away within Stourport just off the A4025. Its a beautiful opportunity to immerse ourselves in nature, and its an honour to share my first outdoor practice with you! Im sharing this at the lovely Bells Farm just outside Stourport, a local space that is hidden and full of gorgeous views. I'll be leading an uplifting spring inspired yoga practice, that will flow and sway like the trees. We will ground ourselves with mindfulness techniques that connect us with the surroundings, an amazing way to relax a busy mind.
Enjoy opening your body and mind, releasing physical tension and feel completely renewed and refreshed after practice! This is open to every one (ages 16+) you do not need any yoga experience to join! Postures are modified and adapted to suit your individual needs, come and enjoy a little 'you' time or share the experience with friends and family.
£10 per person
Please bring along: A yoga mat Comfortable clothes and suitable for all weather! Socks, hat and warm jumper to put on for relaxation. A thick blanket & pillow.
