Self Care Sunday is a dedicated practice aimed at reconnecting you with yourself. It provides a perfect opportunity to build a connection with your body and mind, all while enjoying breathtaking views during the session. Each month, this session offers a blend of various practices, each centered around a different theme and intention. Within the session participants can enjoy diverse wellbeing practices inspired by a wide range of philosophies from the yoga world. Enjoy movement with yoga postures suited to the season, hello Summer! Enjoy wellbeing techniques to calm the nervous system, facial reflexology points to create balance and many more amazing practices shared from the heart by Victoria.
These Self Care Sunday sessions offer a comprehensive experience that will leave you feeling grounded, relaxed, and beautiful inside out. Each session equips you with a new technique to foster personal and spiritual growth. Additionally, you will receive a small homemade self-care gift bag to take home and enjoy at your leisure.

Participants can immerse themselves in nature and witness the changing seasons at the Wyre Forest Visitors Centre, exploring various practices to nurture the body and mind, such as yoga postures, sound healing, myofascial release, meditation, breathwork, and forest bathing. The sessions are open to individuals of all levels aged 16 and above, with no prior experience required. Modifications and optional adaptations are provided during the session.
If you are attending please bring a yoga mat, blankets, cushions, and wear comfortable clothing suited to the season!
