Upcoming Events - NEW SESSIONS ADDED!

Hello lovely people!

I have so many workshops to share with you over the next few months, and as I have added a few extra special dates Im sharing with you early as they are filling up fast and a few waiting lists are open already.

My monthly self care sunday sessions are the most gorgeous opportunity to reset and rebalance. Be surrounded by like minded souls and make friends as we learn to care for our bodies and minds more. Enjoy yoga, meditation, self care techniques and wisdom from the philosophies of yoga and eastern practices.

I'll be collaborating with two gorgeous women this month too! Some of you may remember my sharings with these ladies last year, we had a wild woman session with Shasha, we danced, explored embodiment and really got into the flow of connecting to our sacred feminine. This session is for all women who want to re-connect to their inner wild, that want to shake out, roar, feel sensual, find self expression, who want to feel free! I also shared a cosy closing the bones session with Rebecca where we allowed time to deeply rest with postures and practices to calm the mind and desensitise the body, we are running another on the 18th Nov and it will be the most deeply restful session yet!

Monday • Pilates 12.10-1.10pm Gentle Yoga 1.15-2.15pm Flow Yoga 6.00-7.00pm (next week) Yin Yoga 7.00-8.00pm (next week)

Tuesday • Pilates intermediate 1.30-2.30pm Gentle Yoga 2.45-3.45pm

Wednesday • Flow Yoga 8.15-9.15pm

Thursday • Intermediate Pilates 8.00-9.00pm

Friday • Gentle Yoga 11.30-12.30pm Flow Yoga 7.30-8.30pm

~ This is the weekly timetable for classes at Wyre Forest Leisure Centre (new Monday Flow & yin are held M&m Dance & Performing Arts Studios)

Classes are open to absolutely everyone, layers are offered and each student is encouraged to work at their own pace. Gentle hands on assists and playful adjustments for those challenging postures. Yoga is for every, body and you are held & supported exactly as you are. Complete beginners welcome!
