Whats new this week?

Happy new week!

It feels good to welcome in a new week, the Self Care workshop was a huge success and Im so grateful to finally be able to share space face to face! I will be running another and was thinking about hosting one online for those who cant make face to face. I have so many ideas bouncing around (as always!). I have lots of lovely sequences and intentions planned for this weeks classes, truly uplifting and deeply grounding. With everything we have already all experienced these past 18 months it seems there are more and more things appearing to throw us off track and make us feel anxious and stressed (if you are UK based you're all familiar with the 'petrol shortage' situation right now).

Yoga truly SAVES! If you have been practicing yoga or mindfulness have you noticed a difference with your ability to cope with things? Do you feel more grounded? Have you adapted your practice to your needs?

If you haven't tried yoga I'm reaching out and opening my arms to hug this experience around you! If you're feeling lost, overwhelmed, tired, frustrated and are feeling out of sorts Yoga will bring you back into your body and mind. You can create a calmer mind, a more relaxed state of being and less physical aches and pains. If you're a member to the website you may or may not have seen a new Community group page thats been added. I wanted it to be a personal space where all students of Wildlove can interact, share and keep up to date. I'm slowly feeling I need to make a move away from Facebook (I feel its so negative & quite toxic for wellbeing etc) so would love you to join me here. Our own little space filled with like minded friends and a community that can grow organically.

Visit the top left hand side of the screen and you will see a little icon, you can log in or create an account. To be a member is completely free!! Within the group ill start sharing lots more (I haven't quite got my head around it yet!) I'll also share a lot more personal stuff that wont be on generic social media, i'll share videos, tutorials and Q&A's!

Remember you can turn on your notifications to keep up to date... you can also turn them off anytime. I want to start sending out daily affirmations so if you need a little pick me up and inspiration each day get signed up!
