When Women Gather - Chakra Necklace

I’m so grateful for sharing space to create and connect @betweenthetrees.presents this afternoon.  Saturdays workshop was creating our own meditation Chakra necklaces, taking our time to move through a mindful meditation knotting between each bead, I originally hadn’t planned on teaching the knotting, but this is where the patience and dedication comes in. A chance to sit and observe the emotions and thoughts that arise when we have to complete the cycle of the beads. A chance to stop, check in, a chance to ask for help, a chance to notice when things feel difficult.  We had time to connect with each other, time to laugh, time to cry, time to open and learn about each other. Time to grow and most importantly time to just turn off from modern life. It was so gorgeous to see everyone’s final piece with their own creative flare, too be in Zoe’s incredible space with her hosting and treating us with herbal teas and homemade cakes! Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for anything else, so so grateful for each and everyone of you who joined us.

Our next event will be January next year <3
