Day 30 - Guided Meditation #wildlove30days



The final day of the #wildlove30days yoga challenge!


And after a month long physical exploration it's time to rest, to tune in and enjoy one of the most beneficial elements of the yoga practice, meditation.


Find a comfortable seat, and if you prefer lying down you're welcome to lie down!

Join me on a guided meditation, no force, no movement, just stillness and exploring inner peace.
