What an amazing journey we’ve shared! Thank you for being part of my self-care and sound bath workshops this weekend. The harmonious sound waves, peaceful moments, and thunder created an amazing atmosphere I will always hold so close to my heart. Let’s explore the highlights of our time together and reflect on the valuable lessons that can enrich our daily lives.
The Magic of Sound Baths
Sound baths are an inviting way to enter the world of self-care. They offer a one-of-a-kind blend of relaxation and sound healing. For those unfamiliar with sound baths, think of it as lying down and being surrounded by calming sounds that help melt away stress.
Many of you brought your unique energy and intentions, and I was thrilled to see how the healing frequencies of the crystal singing bowls mixed with your own vibrations. It was more than a workshop; it became a shared healing experience that created strong connections among us.
What We Learned
Within our Self Care Sunday session, we explored various techniques to strengthen our self-care practices, with guided meditation where we soak up the environment of the forest by simply sitting quietly watching the trees sway, the sunlight, the shadows and the birds. We practiced the cooling breath which is great for summer days or feelings of overwhelm (in the aggitatted and rage areas of our lives!). We invited slow gentle yoga into our practice as a means of aiding rest, moving slowly letting the body lead us into the pose, rather than the mind. Just pure magic.

Creating a Safe Space
Creating a safe, non-judgmental environment is crucial during my workshops. This atmosphere encouraged everyone to explore their emotions without fear.
This sense of security fostered deeper connections and richer experiences in the sessions. Thank you all for contributing to this beautiful communal space!
Integrating Self-Care into Daily Life
The magic of our workshops can't end there; it’s crucial to integrate what we learned into our everyday lives. Self-care is a lifelong journey and should be a part of our daily routines.
Here are practical ways to make self-care a priority:
Set Boundaries: Prioritize your well-being by learning to say no when needed. Studies show that individuals who set personal boundaries report a 30% increase in overall happiness.
Schedule ‘Me Time’: Dedicate regular, scheduled time each week for self-care activities that resonate with you.
Utilizing the tools from our workshops can lead to a more balanced and fulfilling life.

One of the most rewarding aspects of our workshops together is the sense of community we develop. Sharing experiences with others on similar self-care journeys creates a support system.
The bonds formed during our time together provide ongoing encouragement. Don't hesitate to reach out to one another or keep the discussions going in whatever way feels comfortable.

Self care sundays are evolving into Self Care CIRCLES with smaller group numbers and extra loving techniques.
