This September Im sharing my first retreat since lockdown and what a special gathering its turning out to be! Myself and my wonderful yoga family are here to hold you in the most beautiful of settings and guide you on a journey of self transformation.
Autumn is the season of change and what better way to celebrate the shedding of old layers to create space for new chapters than to share a 3 day retreat manifesting, cultivating and truly immersing ourselves into the world of self care, yoga and health and wellbeing!
Come and join me in the fields of Worcestershire at the most gorgeous glamping site, located in a quiet secret spot you'll be in your new home from home. We have 5 fully furnished bell tents that are welcoming, cosy, warm and the perfect place to rest and enjoy for your stay!
You are invited to come as you are, to be held and nourished by our Earth Family and to experience something unique, you are invited to take part in as much or as little as you like. Enjoy personal treatments, spend time with friends and make new ones! This retreat is open to all levels of practitioner and we honour and respect your uniqueness, this is a no pressure event that is down to earth and all about YOU!

This is a retreat space held for only 20 participants, guided by a close knit family of experienced teachers. Open to all levels of experience wanting to delve deeper into meditation, yoga philosophy, mindfulness and a conscious physical practice.
Within our little yurt settlement we share our yoga practices and gatherings in a spacious and beautiful setting. We have a wide open space to practice yoga, (don't worry, we have sheltered space too!). A cosy yurt for evening sound bath's and guided relaxation and gorgeous fully furnished yurts with log burners for a warm and snuggled sleep.
The site has beautiful shower and toilet facilities, kitchen area, each yurt has cutlery & kettle for the log burner. Hotel laundered bedding, quilts and sheets are all provided so you just turn up and enjoy without having to lug around a sleeping bag!
Over the three days we will explore morning walks and meditation, Pranayama and mindfulness before breakfast, journalling and philosophy, earthing and amazing yoga workshops by experienced and amazing teachers. Community and partner yoga, star gazing and time to relax and enjoy the surroundings!

Outdoor Settlement
The Earth Retreat and many more are hosted at Bells Farm Shop. This is an eco friendly site that supports health and wellbeing. This is a pick your own farm shop with orchards and fields with beautiful fresh produce that honour seasonal growth for the best fruit and vegetables.
