Chakra Mala - Necklace Making Workshop

This is a small intimate group workshop creating a Chakra meditation necklace within a safe space outdoors, enjoy creating by the fire with homemade tea blends and cake!

You will be guided to create a meditation mala necklace connecting us to energies and qualities of the Chakras. This will be a gentle and accessible ceremonial process, learning about each energy centre as we add each bead. Honing their qualities and bringing them to life, connect to the Chakras and create balance within them, physically and mentally. Honouring each Chakra you will connect to its qualities with mantra, affirmation and bija sounds. Once our necklace is complete we will all sit together and practice a guided meditation. Drinks and homemade snacks will be provided by our gorgeous venue host Zoe!

All materials are provided, you will be using all gemstone beads & silk.

This is a two hour workshop with a little free time after for a relaxed close.

Please bring suitable clothing to wear (if the weather is nice we will be outside!).

You are welcome to bring a cushion or blanket to sit on as we will be sitting on the floor.

Location details will be emailed two days before the event begins (google maps shows us the house opposite!)

These necklaces are helpful tools to help us create a beautiful connection to meditation. With each bead being a representation of each breath, a repetitive mantra or chosen affirmation, they can help us find a state of calm and clarity. Each piece has 108 beads, sometimes knotted between, with a guru bead and a tassel.
