Today myself & Gus taught another gorgeous outdoor family yoga session! It’s SO special to connect and share yoga with children and families, and what’s so wonderful is that we are interacting in a way that is led by the children. The sessions are designed to encourage independence, creativity and confidence, something I have always made as a foundation for Gus upbringing. Children are invited to draw, play, create sound, use their imagination to lead others, we share, we work as a group and also take turns to share with our family members.
Yoga is for all, every age, every ability and it’s wonderful to see us all laugh and giggle exploring making shapes!
Mindfulness. Creating. Breath work. Imagination. Balance. Yoga postures. Reading. Drawing. Team work. Play.
