Its time to celebrate Halloween the traditional way, DRESS UP TIME! I absolutely love dressing up, it's fun, its creative and it lets our inner child play! You know how much I like to inspire expressive energy in class and tomorrows class is the perfect opportunity.

Even if you don't have a costume (I bet you do) get creative! Paint your face, wear funky socks, make some horns. Let yourself play. After these lockdown years its time to let ourselves connect back to a world of being ourselves and letting ourselves go a little bit!

Wednesdays class is flow yoga, with pulsing warrior twos, jumping down dogs, playful arms, throwing shapes and all about having FUN!
