Welcome to this month's love letter! Each month, I'll share my upcoming news, inspiration to help deepen your yoga practice and inspire your self care journey. Enjoy a youtube Video, podcast/playlist that has inspired me, blog post and affirmations to inspire you this month.


THIS MONTH'S THEME

This months inspiration we learn to slow down, within those moments of stillness you'll find space, more space to think, more space to feel, more space to make sense of things. After summer coming to a close I have really felt a big shift to slow down and even stop, and Im listening, summer brings energy, vibrancy, productivity and action and Autumn brings us our harvest, that we now gather and enjoy our hard work through the summer. This is where we begin to rest, create our intentions and sew our seeds for next spring. Ive certainly honouring self reflection and reassessed a lot of things as Autumn arrived, I've made decisions to let go of things in order to flourish and invite new things into my life and amazingly within the space of a week, those new things are helping myself, my friendships and my offerings into the world grow. What do you feel you can let go of this season? With honest reflection what lessons have you learnt this year? Look how far you have came! What do you want to carry into the new year? Next spring, this is where your actions now will flourish.

 

Join me this October as we embrace the cooler air, the changing colours, sunshine and softness within the air, lets come together to find feelings of gathering and recuperation, releasing and connecting through yoga & supportive spirituality.


NEWS

So what have I let go of in order to let new things in? Quite a lot of things! Here are my updates for the remainder of this year, honouring the process of letting go to create more space, even if it feels difficult.

 

From Nov 5th I will no longer be sharing classes at Pilates rooms in Stourbridge, this has been a difficult decision to make but as I continue to share and support my Autistic women's support group into all of next year this is something that has became more of a priority for me following my own personal journey with Autism. I will also be involved in a community music project within Worcester as part of the Community Soul CIC which will be very exciting!

 

Online 6 week courses through Autumn & Winter will not be offered this year, last year I didn't have many evenings off to recoup so feel a huge nudge this year that I want time off to practice my own self care and be with my family. I will be sharing a one off online session on December 1st as a gorgeous 90 minute workshop, recorded for you to watch throughout all of Dec! It's called Sacred Rest and is open for booking on the homepage.

 

Friday night sound baths have been sadly taken off the menu, with changing schedules and being a single mumma Im having to go with what feels right for me at this moment in time.

 

Workshops will fall on monthly Sundays and will have dedicated time slots in the schedule, I've decided to fix the sound bath sessions after 5pm when the forest is closed, giving us all more freedom on the car park, less noise from visitors on site and a chance to open the doors wide allowing nature to really enter the space at dusk (weather dependant).

 

Self Care Sunday sessions will be flying the nest to a new venue in Worcester, these will be held at The Fold in Bransford from January 2026. They will be within the Cart house and open for all women to attend, this space is just glorious, with bolsters and props freely available, an amazing cafe on site and artisan shops you really can make a day of it here.


WORKSHOP UPDATES

Workshops into 2026 are changing as I'll be opening up my calendar to incredible collaborations with close friends and creating more half day events with varied modalities close to my heart. I'll be travelling around alot more and giving myself more ample down time to balance my work/life energies, Ill be delving into my own offerings with even more love and dedication. My schedule at the leisure centre won't change, my forest sound baths will fall on monthly sunday evenings after 5pm and I will be sharing one of a kind sessions dotted through the year.


NEW VENUE

From November i'll be sharing workshops once a month at The Fold, You can find my end of year 2 hour immersions into rest and relaxation already open for booking! These are Autumn Rest & Winter Wind down. Exploring yoga and sound healing within the most glorious space, candlelight, cosy props, warmth and the gentle energy of Autumn and winter moving through the window. I'll be taking my Self Care Sunday sessions to this venue from January 2026 and away from the forest space.

 

CHRISTMAS

I'm sharing it here first so get your diarys ready! Save the date Sunday 14th Dec for my yearly christmas sound bath sessions at Hartlebury castle. Ill be sharing two sessions after 5pm, the times are TBC and tickets will be scaled as I want everyone to be able to book, last year they sold out within two weeks of me sharing! First release tickets will be available 11th Oct 11:11am.

RECENT VENTURES - KNEPP FARM


Last weekend we were lucky enough to spend 3 days at Knepp and it was amazing. A farm that has allowed nature to flourish in its own way, where animals work together, trees, flowers, mushrooms and the seasons thrive. We camped in our little yurt and it makes me feel so at home unzipping the door to dew and sunshine, being in nature in this way separates us from the day to day and my goodness it always gives me a little nod to my childhood self who dreamt of living in a log cabin in the woods. We enjoyed a Yin yoga class in an earth dome with a log burner and the most delicious time to be in our bodies. We booked a sauna and social session which was 75 minutes, where you got to connect in a very hot room with strangers, we chatted, connected and had plenty of laughs hearing all the people brave enough to do the cold plunge in the nearby pond (it's a no from me, Will did though!). On our final day we enjoyed a 3 hour safari walk and it was the best 'forage' explore, ecology walk I've ever been on, being able to physically see the animals in their wild habitat, signs of how they work together, learn about trees, mushrooms, flowers and birds I was in awe. We have made a vow to visit every year because imagine how beautiful and rewarding it will be to see the changes!! If you love outdoors, being self sufficient, love nature and wildlife I can highly recommend anyone visit Knepp, I get bothered about long drives but I would do this all over again tomorrow!





RISE FESTIVAL

 

To share a at this Autumn's Rise festival was such a blessing! I was warmly welcomed and surrounded by my fave and the best facilitators I know so to share space with them and weave magic together was just the best feeling. Rise festival is a one day event, soon to be two next year and it shares such a gorgeous variety of movement, music, dance and community. Im already looking forward to the next one! I'll be sure to update you when the next one is upon the horizon.

If you would like to join me for a yoga, sound or self care workshop you would be warmly welcomed, workshops are shared monthly and are beautiful immersions with personalised themes, techniques and guidance. Sessions are closed personal gatherings by booking only and are open to all abilities, ages 18+, suitable for beginners and no experience is necessary.

HALLOWEEN TREAT - YOGA & ECSTATIC DANCE

As a halloween treat ill be sharing a wild yoga and ecstatic dance session in place of my normal yoga class on a Wednesday evening. This will be high vibes, upbeat, fast beats and a chance to let loose. Maybe this is the very thing you need to shake off your stress! Im conscious of this pushing people out of their comfort zone so lights will be off with blue lights glowing in the space, fancy dress or expressive dress invited. I promise you that doing something like this is the most liberating thing you can ever do.

Book in via Wyre Forest Leisure centre, 8.15-9.15pm!

YIN YOGA & SOUND BATHS

You are invited to join Victoria for a deep immersion into rest & relaxation. This monthly session is designed to be the perfect practice to unwind after a busy week, calm the mind and soothe aches & tension within the body.


This is a session with a physical Restorative/Yin yoga practice (think lazy, slow, heavy) & deep guided relaxation sound bath. A combined practice like no other, all set within the indoor space with the gorgeous forest as its backdrop. Enjoy using cushions, blankets and pillows to support the body in restful poses. Let the body move through gentle mobility and postures to ease tension. Calm the mind with a final guided relaxation, rest & enjoy a sleepy sound bath at the end of the session.

AUTUMN REST & WINTER WIND DOWN

I'll be sharing 2 events Worcester/Malvern side of the pond in November & December! Think slow, soft & nurturing, with the flicker of fairy lights, scents of pine & beautiful movements to unravel tension. These sessions are two hours of sleepy yoga with a guided relaxation & sound bath within the warm hub of the Carthouse at The Fold.






OCTOBER AFFIRMATIONS


Affirmations can be powerful, the affirmations for this months love letter I want you to read out loud to yourself, whisper in your mind, write on a post it note, even save it as your morning alarm! As we recognise meditation helps us to observe the mind, we can hopefully begin to notice our mindset, anxieties, emotional recycling. Affirmations are one of the best ways to help you upload positive mental energy to your body and brain. They have the power to change your outlook on life and can increase self awareness and happiness.

 

So, repeat after me...
