September Newsletter - Lets Reset!

Hey lovely,

September is here! I don't know about you but I actually feel some sort of internal relief?! Theres a big sense of calm now we come to the end of the six week holidays and its time to find our way through the later half of the year. As the leaves start to turn, we can enjoy a contrast of cool & warm days, soak up beautiful sunsets and embrace the concept of change a little easier. Ive always been a chameleon growing up and love change (probably a bit to much) I still love to create, be practical, up skill and learn, I hope that through this month together we can enjoy new practices & postures that not only in-still peace of mind but also maintain that healthy fire and curiosity in our hearts & bellies!

Before we go head first into September I do think its important to reflect on the lessons of last month, what have you learnt? How have you felt you have grown? What came and swept you off track? Everything that happens in life can come as means of refining and rebuilding, so next time something throws a spanner in the works, let it be a lesson that can help you learn, gain strength & move forwards with more awareness.

September & autumn bring the season of change, the more accepting we can be that change is inevitable, we will feel less & less resistance.

I have to say a huge thank you to everyone who joined me outdoors throughout the sunny months, for the most gorgeous family yoga sessions at Arley Arboretum, evening sunset classes at Bells Farm & last but certainly not least the absolutely stunning Yoga & sound bath sessions within the glorious orangery at Hopton Court. I feel so honoured to be able to share what I love at these venues & cannot thank them enough for their encouragement & support!

Heres to next year! The outdoor sessions have ended for this year and we start to retreat into indoor spaces that are decorated like cosy cocoons to help you rest, read on for whats coming this month...



Here are the upcoming events for this month and they're sooner rather than later, so soon they are THIS WEEKEND! I see these workshops at the perfect reset after the school holidays, so get booked on asap for that refresh to get you back on track.

They are beautiful cosy practices that really help us to create more of a self care routine in our day to day, they are going to be incredibly soothing for the nervous system and the perfect reset as we move towards the last half of the year. Enjoy a mix of my offerings all rolled into these specific sessions, you will soon fall in love with yoga and may it be a welcome place that always helps you to find balance.

All workshops are deeper immersions with more of a personal touch, they really give you an opportunity to delve into the realms of self care and personal development. You don't need any experience, you don't need to do yoga, you just need a little spark of curiosity that wants to help you better yourself, improve your health and wellbeing, to gain a clearer mind and to live a more fulfilling life. I promise you wont be disappointed, and maybe, just maybe, after coming to one you may feel so much better within yourself.

Last in person one for the year!

These workshops are very popular and are a lovely opportunity to inspire your skin care routine in a more natural way. Sharing simple and effective beauty tips that cost nothing and are product-less.

Learn to glow from the inside out, learn to heal your body with the touch of your own hands. Within this workshop you will learn natural skincare techniques that will give your skin a healthy glow, promote tone & circulation and can also relax and regulate the nervous system. You will learn Guasha techniques, facial reflexology points and myofascial release for the upper back & chest. By learning to release the neck it can create an anti-sag effect on the face. Release headaches, tension, grinding teeth. Beautify and tone the skin to reduce lines and wrinkles.

+ Learn a Dien Chan face map sequence to balance the hormones & promote healthy hair & skin. This is a acupressure point sequence which correlates to the internal organs (very interesting!)

+ Enjoy Guasha techniques to boost circulation to the face & neck, aiding lymph drainage and toning.

+ Myofascial release for the upper back & chest.

Please bring: Yoga Mat. Cushion. A clean face (or at least no foundation!) Notebook & pen for notes! All skincare tools are provided, you are welcome to bring your own moisturiser if you wish. I will be providing jojoba oil.



You're invited to join a wonderful online yoga practice for that midweek reset. Enjoy this practice for a little self care time with guided meditation, breathing practices, yoga postures, poetic philosophy and the most nourishing support from Victoria from her home to yours. These sessions are suitable for all, with gentle encouragement to do as you feel and layered postures to suit everyones needs and abilities. Sessions will be a lovely gentle practice mainly focusing on seated & reclined postures. Grab your cushions, blankets and lets unravel together.

Join every Wednesday evening 7.00pm-8.00pm via Zoom

Upon booking you will receive a link to access the session, please log in 5 minutes prior to the session beginning.

Classes are streamed live from Zoom with a catch up recording sent after the session ends. This catch up will be available for 7 days for you to enjoy whenever you like.

Food for the heart!

September brings cooler air and warmer appetite for comfort foods, we have already been making sweet potato brownies and they are a huge boost in vitamins but also a healthy treat! These brownies are dense, firm, moist and incredibly filling and don't have the overpowering 'choc' attack like many brownies do, thank me later!



+ We have opened up our home to offer personal 1:1 sessions and they are absolutely wonderful! I am offering Ayurvedic Face Massage, 1:1 Sound Healing sessions and life coaching sessions. If you would like a session please feel free to get in touch, I have flexible availability throughout the months.

1:1 Personal guidance:

Weekly or monthly sessions can be booked individually or as a package. You have full guidance and support online or in person helping you to work on personal goals, ideas and individual health & wellbeing. These are sessions tailored to you on a personal level, working with elements of home life, work life, emotional and physical factors. Enjoy sessions that help you to create a more balanced life inspired by Yoga philosophy, Ayurveda, movement practices, yoga, meditation, eft, myofascial release, sound healing and Pilates. We can work on many things, even if its just rehabilitating an injury, somethings on your mind or you need a little support creating more of a self care routine.

£45 per hour.

Personal Sound Healing Session:

Enjoy a personal sound healing session within the attic space at Victoria's home. Rest wrapped in cosy blankets upon sheep skins for warmth and drift off into a sleep state & deep relaxation. You will be guided through a gentle breathing practice to settle into the space and embark on a 45 minute sound journey with crystal singing bowls, Tibetan moon bowl, gong, chimes and tuning forks. There are no hands on adjustments or movement practices, you simply lie down and receive. Sessions are nurturing and help to calm a busy mind, anxiety and stress. They aid in deeply healing the physical & mental body as it moves the brain waves into a Delta sleep state, a state in which the body can heal itself.

£60 introductory offer 1 hour.

  • Ayurvedic Face Massage: One of the most relaxing facial massages you can ever receive, enjoy a full facial massage working the meridian points, lymph drainage, circulation & muscle tone. We work with the full face, the ears, scalp, head & neck. Soothing equal strokes will help balance the body and minds physical & emotionally energies. Enjoy letting the body rest as you are guided through face massage with assisted stretches for the neck and shoulders. Dien Chan (facial reflexology) points are also balanced with gentle compression. £35 - 1 hour + Additional tuning fork & Tibetan moon bowl healing can be added separately - £40 Full healing package: You can indulge in a full experience of sound & massage within a combined session. These are wonderful to help balance physical and emotional chapters of life, working with a personal consultation before hand the session is tailored for your individual needs. 2 hours - £100.
