It was so good connect with old and new students, to move together and to also take time to interact with you! Maybe we can do a question answer workshop soon? I loved doing workshops real life many moons ago, missing that energy and time to guide you deeper into anatomy and philosophy. Let me know how you want to connect to yourself deeper, how you want to move through life, how you want to become a better version of yourself!
