YOGA WORKSHOPS BEGINNING SEPTEMBER!
Oh I'm SO excited to be able to share space with you for upcoming yoga workshops! Workshops allow you to delve deeper into your practice, they're normally 3 hours long (not all of that is CRAZY HARD PRACTICE!) they are laid back, inspiring and can help you gain more knowledge to use in your physical practice and daily lives.
Ive been running workshops for about 4 years and its a wonderful place to connect to you all on a more intimate level, class numbers are limited as to keep the workshops tailored and personal to those attending. It's a great opportunity to interact, listen, learn, ask questions and feel more relaxed about practice. Sometimes within the studio and online classes its a turn up, practice and leave kinda vibe so workshops are wonderful at really getting that personal touch.
I'll be guiding these workshops at The Oaks Village Hall (where I have ran the workshops previously) and they will all be available to book through the website.
Now as Im setting the dates in the calendar I would LOVE to know what you want to explore?! Learning meditation, Chakra healing, Partner yoga, Ayurvedic massage, Posture alignments, Learning a home practice, Anatomy for poses, Ashtanga, Sound baths are just to name a few you have to look forward to!
