It's time to rest and welcome in the full moon energy with love, patience and an air of letting go. Tonight Im sharing a lovely relaxation yoga and sound bath session, inspired by autumn and the need to release and recalibrate.
You're invited to one of the most beautiful evening practices, Wildlove's yoga and sound bath sessions are a wholesome, a journey into the body and mind that will leave you feeling rebalanced and reconnected. The Autumn Surrender workshop is a time to embrace a change of chapters, as we move away from bright sunshine days we take time to feel the cold air and shedding of old layers. Come and enjoy a yoga practice connected with the element of earth, move the body in ways that are soft and slow. Reaching, slow flowing and settling like soft leaves on the ground.

Enjoy 1 hour 15 of yoga and be soothed to restful realms within the final 30/40 minutes of practice with a guided relaxation and sound bath. Enjoy the sounds of live gong, drum, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, water, birdsong and hand pan to guide your body & mind through a journey of resting and releasing. Feel the layers of physical and emotional tension and dis-ease melt away. Allow your body to unravel and let go.
Please bring your yoga mat. Please wear comfortable clothing which allows freedom of movement, layers to take off when warmed up and layers to put back on for warmth. Pillows and thick blankets are encouraged for the most amazing cocooned experience. (Single duvets, sleeping bags, thick blankets, socks, countless pillows!)
