I am very disappointed to say tomorrow’s events are all cancelled. Today I turned up to set up for my sound baths only to find the room completely full of tables and chairs and set up for the Wyre Forests own Gruffalo event tomorrow. I was not told, nor aware (until I saw a Facebook post) of the event and they double booked the room saying that they had nothing in the calendar for my events. I even emailed yesterday (as I normally do) to confirm today's events…and had no reply.
So I turn up to teach 6 events this weekend and cannot teach anything tomorrow because of their event.
As you may know I book my dates a year in advance and feel embarrassed and frustrated that this has happened, workshops are my main source of income and feel let down that I cannot share any of my events tomorrow.
Due to this inconvenience I am open to offering refunds, or my normal option of transferring your booking to another date.
My next workshops are September 7-8th, alternatively I can send you a coupon to the booking amount to use before the end of the year if you prefer that.
If you would like to transfer please log in to your booking and reschedule. If you can’t do it please reply to this email with your name and event time.
If you would like a refund please let me know and I can do this for you.
