Intentions. Breathe.


Close your eyes, soften your cheeks and jaw, release a frown. Now take a moment to notice your breath. Ask yourself how you’re feeling today, it’s okay to feel tired, low, happy and energetic. Just take a few moments to acknowledge and accept how you’re feeling as a witness, don’t change how you’re feeling, just notice. Now soften back to your breath, noticing the rise and fall, the fluctuation, the rhythm. Always changing and ever moving, like your thoughts and your feelings. Take a moment to remind yourself that you are the universe in ecstatic movement, nothing is permanent and it’s all these moments we feel with intention and awareness that makes us who we are.
