Starting this week you will find a new Express Yoga class on a Thursday afternoon 12.15-1.00pm. A nice gentle 45 minute class that allows you to get your body moving to release aches and pains, stretching out and create a little bit of calm midday. This class has been a huge success since launching it on a Tuesday and I'm so pleased I can share another one with you.
Great for those of you who can only make an afternoon class, and great if you're wanting to build up a little routine within the week.
