If you enjoy creative flowing practices you will love the new Mandala Flow - Side Body practice, its short and sweet but will help you stretch out the arms, legs and of course the sides of the body. A continuous sequence that moves from low lunges to side bends, playful half squats and downward facing dog.
The second video is a morning wake up routine, recommended to do before breakfast! Its a great practice that will boost your energy, get the whole body moving and wake you up for the day!
