Happy Friday! What a lovely foggy and cold morning we are having, Im just checking in before I go for a walk to remind you about tomorrows workshops, the first of the year!
Im so excited to share space with you, two wonderful workshops hosted in Harvington that are relaxed, mindful and the perfect opportunity to reset in this brand new year!
The first workshop of 2022! A celebration of the new year and the chance to restart, refresh and get inspired to move through the new year, your way. Helping you to make this year all about YOU! 3 hours of learning to meditate, manifest, create intentions and release everything you no longer need. A new year can mean many things to us, a chance to create a new mindset to create positive change, to break old habits and to set new intentions. Within this workshop you will explore a beautiful yoga practice for the whole body, gain a little insight in the Chakras and their qualities, practice gratitude journaling and learn mindfulness techniques. This workshop will help you build a routine of self care, that you can use not only today but throughout the year. Enjoy self care tips to wake up your body and mind! This workshop will help you breathe new life into yourself, give you clarity and confidence to step forwards into a life you want. Having guidance and taking notes you will learn how to let go of the old and embrace the new. Your yoga practice is always teaching you to listen, to tune in and this workshop is the perfect place to start!

As we embrace a new year you are invited to the deep reset workshop. Embracing the solar plexus chakra we work with our inner fire to manifest strength and creativity for the new year ahead!
SATURDAY 15th JAN 5.00-8.00pm

Enjoy 1.5 hours of flow/yin yoga to release tension deep within the whole body. A nurturing yoga practice that will connect us to our inner flame. Suitable for all levels and abilities. Learn to use the breath to aid deep relaxation. You will be guided through a long body scan relaxation that will allow your body to rest and be open to the journey of sound. + This beautiful sound bath collaboration allows you to connect your senses, The sounds of gong, drum, crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, chimes and seed sounds guide your body through a journey. Feel the layers of physical and emotional tension and dis-ease melt away. Allow your body to unravel and let go. Sound baths helps us to unlock deep physical and emotional stress by working on a level of vibration and frequency. Please bring your yoga mat.
Please wear comfortable clothing which allows freedom of movement, layers to take off when warmed up and layers to put back on for the sound bath. (The bodies temperature drops significantly). Pillows and thick blankets are encouraged for the most amazing cocooned experience. (Previous participants often bring thick socks, blankets, hats, sleeping bags, blankets...the more you have the better the experience!).
