Autumn truly is divine, the colours are so vibrant and I love that I can still practice in wonderful locations, i'll be sharing lots of videos this week ahead as I have lots of time on my hands as Wills away on his Vipassana retreat (Missing him already!). Im making the most of my self care time, being ridiculously organised and getting everything done. I love it!
